Welcome back to another Open Book Blog Hop!
Today’s topic is: How did you decide that you finally wanted to write your stories?
And remember to visit my fellow writers to see what they have come up with. You can find their works here!

I’ve always loved reading and writing was something I enjoyed as a child. Since then, I’ve tried my hand at reviewing books, something I’ve done for a number of years now. I’ve made some fantastic friends and read some brilliant books this way.
One day, I had the spark of an idea, and thought to myself – it’s one thing to review people’s books, it’s something else entirely to try and write a book. With the two ideas coming so closely together, I had to give it a go. I loved the process, and since then, I’d love to have more time to write more. Easier said than done, but it’s still something I really enjoy.
And I’m glad you started writing, Steven.

It might not be a viable career for me, but it sure is a hobby I love!

It’s a great hobby indeed. It makes the time pass very quickly.

I hate writing book reviews, even for books I like. I hope you are still writing them, because authors need them!

I’ve been a touch slack lately, with lots of various things going on. But I’m getting there again. I have two more mostly ready to go live on my other website.
