Hello and welcome back to my little blog/website! Spring is just around the corner though the current weather in the UK begs to differ. Here’s this month’s update.

The Crow’s Nest podcast
I’m slowly considering the direction I want the podcast to take. I’m not yet at the stage of sitting down and recording anything, but I’m looking into the ideas that might shape how it looks going forward.

As the Crow Flies
It’s not been a groundbreaking month in terms of the word count, but another 1,393 words have been added taking the total to 52,193 words. It’s slow progress but it is progress, and I’m happy with that.

In other news…
While the progress is a touch slow on As the Crow Flies, I’ve got a couple of other projects on my table. Ideas have been flowing for book three in the series. Or at least I think they will become a third book, but it’s far too early to tell at this stage! In addition, an idea I’ve had floating around has evolved. It’s completely different to the world of Edison Crow. Much darker, and I am thoroughly enjoying planning and plotting it. More on that in the future!

I’ve probably mentioned this before, but I am now actively working on a newsletter, so keep your eyes peeled for that. It will contain many of the updates you see here, but I will also aim to include short stories not published on my site, along with early announcements of any news and insights into me beyond writing. I’d love to have as many of you sign up to it as possible once it is ready!
